By using www.vintigella.co.uk and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. All prices are shown in GBP and may change without notice.

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom using trusted tracked and insured services.
Delivery times vary depending on destination. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees charged by local authorities are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

All items sold by Vintigella are vintage and/or pre-loved and may show natural signs of age or wear consistent with their history. We carefully inspect, describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible, and any noticeable flaws are always stated in the product description.

Due to the unique nature of vintage and pre-loved items, all sales are considered final.
However, we are happy to offer returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags still attached.

To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order.
Once a return has been approved and received back by us, store credit equal to the value of the original purchase will be issued. Store credit can be used towards any future purchase on our website and does not expire.

Please note that original shipping fees, customs charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be issued in the rare event that an item is significantly misrepresented in its description.

By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, keep your login details secure, and not impersonate others. Customers are responsible for all activity conducted under their accounts.

Vintigella is not responsible for losses, damages or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs clearance issues or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to update, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time.
We may also revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
