At Vintigella, all sales are final.

However, we are happy to offer returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags still attached.

Once your return has been approved and received back by us, you will be issued with store credit equal to the value of your original purchase.

Store credit can be used towards any future purchase on our website and does not expire.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable.
