Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom and are usually dispatched within 1 working day.

UK Delivery
Free tracked and insured delivery within the UK. Orders are sent via DPD Next Working Day service.

International Delivery
We ship worldwide using tracked and insured courier services. Estimated delivery is 5–10 working days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Customs & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs charges, any re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable.
